Cootamundra is a place with historical significance. There are many interesting places to visit in Cootamundra. One of these places is Captains Walk, featuring 42 bronze sculptures of the Australian Test Cricket team to tour England in 1868. Sir Donald Bradman, former captain of the Australian Cricket team, was born in Cootamundra.
